About this session

Introducing the Female Leadership Dinner – an exclusive gathering designed for leaders committed to personal development and expanding their professional network. This intimate event offers a rare opportunity to engage with like-minded individuals in a relaxed yet highly enriching setting.

In this event we have Barbara Vercruysse speaking about her incredible journey - Overcoming Challenges: How Powerful Kindness is the Path to a Better Future for Humanity

Having survived a stage-4 cancer at the age of 32 and an almost bankruptcy at the age of 46, Barbara can share very powerful lessons learned from those challenges. Those difficult moments were catalysts for change in her life. It brought her on a soul search and a dedication to leave a positive legacy by stressing the importance of kindness and compassion in all layers of society.

When kindness is integrated into the fabric of society, it can shape policies, laws, and institutions that prioritize the well-being of all. A society that values kindness will prioritize social justice, equality, and environmental sustainability. It will strive to create a world where no one is left behind and where everyone has access to opportunities and resources.

  • Resilience Fuels Leadership: Personal challenges can be powerful catalysts for growth—transforming adversity into strength equips leaders with deeper empathy and purpose.
  • Kindness as a Leadership Strategy: Leading with compassion is not a weakness but a transformative force that fosters trust, collaboration, and long-term impact in both business and society.
  • Creating Positive Legacy: By embedding kindness into decision-making, leaders can influence systems and cultures that promote equity, sustainability, and collective well-being.

Secure your spot for an unforgettable evening that will leave you motivated and equipped to lead with vision and impact.
