About this session

An intimate evening where gastronomy, innovation, and leadership meet. This exclusive Chef’s Table brings together a select group of CIOs for a private culinary journey led and hosted by Ludwig Tjörnemo – awarded Chef of the Year 2020.

Set in an open kitchen environment, the experience invites guests to take part in a live exploration of Nordic cuisine at its highest level. Over the course of the evening, Ludwig will prepare and present a bespoke three-course menu, sharing the stories, techniques, and philosophies behind each dish. Guests are welcome to step into the kitchen to engage with him directly, or to observe the artistry through the glass wall that frames the space—an unobstructed view of creativity in motion.

Beyond the food itself, this is an evening designed for conversation and connection. Between courses, Ludwig will reflect on the parallels between innovation in the kitchen and leadership in the digital era—touching on themes of sustainability, creativity, and craftsmanship.

Ludwig Tjörnemo’s career spans some of the world’s most respected restaurants, including the three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in New York, the two-starred AOC in Copenhagen, and leading Swedish establishments such as Operakällaren and Etoile. He is also the winner of Bocuse d’Or Sweden 2025, representing Sweden in the world’s most prestigious culinary competition, and a proud member of the Swedish Culinary Team.

Combining technical brilliance with a deep respect for Nordic ingredients, Ludwig embodies the next generation of Scandinavian gastronomy. This Chef’s Table offers not just a world-class dining experience—but a rare opportunity to meet a culinary visionary, up close and in conversation.
